Due to continued growth, we're now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic and successful team in Rochester (Medway City Estate).

The Role:As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of recruitment services within the education sector. You will manage and grow existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead the recruitment process from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of educational clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing educational clients
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy brief to candidate placement
  • Source, interview, and assess candidates to match the right talent to client needs
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends
  • Drive business development activities and identify new opportunities within the education sector
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery
  • Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a background in the education sector
  • A strong track record of successful placements and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Driven, results-oriented, and able to work to targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the education sector, including its recruitment challenges and trends, is highly desirable
  • Team-oriented with leadership potential, able to mentor and guide others
