We are seeking a temporary Service Administrator for our client in the Southend area.
The role involves maintaining a busy inbox, raising orders, and managing jobs and quotes on the CRM system.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This position requires problem-solving abilities and involves invoicing clients for completed contract work.
The job is temporary for 3-6 weeks, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, and the salary is not specified.

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Service Administrator for our client based in the Southend area.

As the Service administrator you will be responsible for:

Maintaining a busy inbox
Raising orders
Adding jobs and quotes onto CRM systemScheduling and booking engineers
Excellent communication skills
Excel, Word, Outlook skills
Problem solving
Invoicing client for completed contract work

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm

This position is a temporary position for 3- 6 weeks.
