Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team, manage projects, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

Key Skills Required:

  • At least 5 years of proven team leadership experience.
  • Exceptional understanding of customer service.
  • Ability to produce and maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Understanding of project management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and successfully lead and develop a team.
  • Superb communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under your own initiative and under pressure.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.

Additional Qualities:

  • General understanding of human resources (qualifications not vital).
  • General understanding of Health & Safety (qualifications not vital).
