They also provide audit services to multiple charities and solicitors.
Duties/ Requirements:
- Supporting a varied general practice portfolio across accounts, Tax, VAT, payroll, and bookkeeping, working with various portfolio of clients.
- Preparation and submission of statutory accounts under FRS102 and FRS105.
- Preparation of self-assessment returns.
- Bookkeeping and submissions for VAT clients.
- Bookkeeping for client accounts up to trial balance.
- Knowledge of Xero and quickbooks.
- Assisting with payroll processing.
- Help contribute towards numerous audits being requested to complete on behalf of clients within strict deadlines
- Preparation of tax computations and assisting senior staff members with HMRC queries on behalf of clients, proactively handling enquiries.
- Working directly with clients, building strong rapport and problem-solving.
- Leading record management, ensuring we have all relevant and accurate information.
- Able to communicate with offshore accounting staff members.
- Working closely with senior team members to ensure expectations and deadlines are met.
