Do you have experience of managing multiple projects and teams within the renewable energy / Utilities sectors?This award-winning company specialise in the design, installation, maintenance and service of renewable energy systems to domestic and commercial properties across the South East and UK wide. Due to increased demand in services, they are now looking for a Field Service Manager to join their team and contribute to future success. In this role, the Field Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of domestic and commercial installations across the business. You will have the opportunity to grow a team around you, conduct site visits to ensure regulatory standards are met and H&S compliant, report daily to senior management and give regular client update reports.The ideal candidate will have proven experience of facilities management within the Renewables and Utilities sectors.This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious and highly successful business in a pivotal role where you will play a key part in the company's growth and success.The role:

  • Day to day management of facilities team within the renewable and utilities division.
  • Opportunity to grow and develop internal facilities team.
  • Communicate, liaise and provide update reports to clients and customers.
  • Site visits to assess quality of work ensuring regulatory standards and company standards are met.
  • Effectively manage the team to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.

The person:

  • Experience managing multiple domestic and commercial renewable / utilities projects across the Southeast.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector; Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pump experience is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
  • Full UK Driving License.
