The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now (yet again) going through an exciting period of growth. The client is fast paced, dynamic, and exciting, and operate within the financial services (regulated) industry.    Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working within a target-driven, Contact Centre Sales Team Leader position, within a financial services, or insurance business. Salary & Benefits This role is paying a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £50,000. Key Responsibilities - Coaching and development of staff- 1-2-1’s and documented coaching- Motivation and staff morale- Delivering team meetings and group coaching sessions- Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s Logistics The role will be based fully on-site at our client’s office based in Romford, Essex.
