Senior Building Surveyor - A surveying practice, with a close-knit team and generous benefits!

My client are a chartered surveying practice, based in the heart of Essex, with a team of 5, who are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join them.

This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Senior Building Surveyor, to work on a portfolio of interesting projects and to benefit from further training and progression, including APC for those who aren't chartered.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be exposed to a range of projects across the private, commercial and public sectors, including schemes within the famous London theatres'.

As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will work closely and manage clients, delivering both professional and project duties including, due diligence and building surveys, defect diagnosis, fire risk assessments and contract administration.

Person specification

This role will suit a chartered or non-chartered Senior Building Surveyor, who has relevant experience within similar sectors, who can hit the ground running on projects.

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
