Learning Resource Officer - Motor Vehicle

We are seeking a Learning Resource Officer with a passion for motor vehicles to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone with a Level 2 or Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification and industry experience, looking to contribute to the development of students in a dynamic educational setting.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare materials and apparatus for demonstrations and practical work in motor vehicle studies.
  • Demonstrate the safe use of equipment, adhering to safe working practices.
  • Support both Level 2 and Level 3 students, encouraging those at Level 2 to enrol and pass Level 3.
  • Utilise IT and administrative skills to manage resources and documentation effectively.
  • Work closely with the educational team to develop and enhance learning resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Level 2 – 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (candidates with Level 2 will be encouraged to achieve Level 3).
  • Relevant industry experience, such as in a workshop or dealership.
  • Experience in an FE College or similar educational setting is advantageous.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team development skills; ability to develop and contribute towards team goals.
