- Oversee end-to-end recruitment across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, timely hiring in a high-volume environment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and enhance the candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and provide expert advice on talent attraction.
- Actively source and headhunt top talent for key and hard-to-fill roles.
- Drive employer branding strategies to attract talent and enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong resourcing and headhunting skills to attract top talent.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop recruiters.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and selection methodologies.
- Experience executing employer branding strategies and EVP initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); knowledge of Pinpoint is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
