As a Flexible Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of lessons by supervising and managing classrooms when teaching staff are absent. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring that students stay on task with set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring all students have the necessary resources to complete tasks.
- Provide feedback to teachers and school leaders about the lessons and student progress.
- Maintain a calm and structured classroom atmosphere, promoting respect and discipline.
Key Requirements:

- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
