We are looking for candidates with a background/understanding of care / education / healthcare. As this will help in understanding the importance of the enhanced DBS checks and other essential requirements within the business.

This is an on-going temporary assignment, starting at 3 months which could potentially lead to a Fixed Term Contract or Permanent position.This is a key role for the business and requires someone who can hit the ground running, someone who really understands the importance of compliance and someone with a strong attention to detail.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Administrative tasks supporting all onboarding, HR and Recruitment
  • Enhanced DBS Checks
  • Reference checks - chasing where required
  • Completing all compliance for new starters
  • System updates and reporting
  • Day to day HR/Recruitment support
  • Care Assessments if required
  • Some Marketing tasks

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in HR, Care, Recruitment or Compliance and excellent administration skills - who is looking to gain more skills in this particular area and really manage a project of their own.
