Dove & Hawk are now partnered with an award-winning and leading independent estate agency, based in Romford. They are looking for a sales valuer to grow their already large portfolio of listings and to generate sales.Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Welcome and register new applicants to the branch.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings-show off some of the best properties in Romford!
  • Generate and attend valuations, bringing them through to instruction.
  • Present and negotiate offers, ensuring the best deals for everyone involved.
  • Manage sales progression paperwork.
  • Market Expansion & Business Growth:Increase the agency's market presence by acquiring new property instructions and strengthening client relationships within the local area.
  • Property Valuations & Listings:Carry out property valuations with precision to ensure competitive pricing and successfully secure sales instructions. The coverage area includes Romford and the surrounding areas
  • Lead Generation:Actively source new business opportunities through canvassing, door-knocking, and networking, as well as following up on inbound leads and leveraging an extensive database. You will also have access to software providing local valuation alerts.
  • Client Relationship Management:Oversee high-value property transactions while cultivating lasting client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.

What's on offer?

  • Basic salary: £25,000 + guarantee
  • OTE: £55,000+ (uncapped) - they hit last year's target by end of Q3
  • Lucrative Bonus Schemes
  • Working hours: 8:30-18:00, Monday - Friday. 1-in-3 Saturdays (5-day work week)
