Developing business with new clients over the phone and on client visits
Resourcing and interviewing new candidates
Liaising between clients and candidates
Maintaining working relationships with existing clients and spotting opportunities for further business
Advertising vacancies and searching job boards

We are looking for someone who:

Has a temporary recruitment background
An ability to learn and develop skills
Can build rapport with clients and candidates
Is determined and resilient
