Job Title: Leasing Account Manager

Location: 1-5 Oldchurch Road, Romford, RM7 0BQ

Salary: Base salary of £23,000 - £27,000 pa depending on experience (Plus, monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPI’s.  There is no ceiling to the potential earnings but year 1 OTE should be circa £45-50k, year 2 OTE £60-80k & year 3 OTE £100k plus.)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Shift and schedule: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Your main duties will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Managing and growing a customer portfolio (business and personal customers)
  • Discussing customers requirements and providing them with options of solutions to meet their needs
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner
  • Providing quotes and processing orders
  • Keeping all customer records updated and accurate
  • Hitting agreed KPI’s
  • Having a clear understanding of FCA Guidelines and takes accountability.

Requirements

  • Telephone sales experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good computer skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Driven to provide excellent customer service
