Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant:

  • Provide support to students with additional needs as a Learning Support Assistant, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Construct relationships with students to encourage their engagement and learning
  • Collaborate with school staff and professional support teams to create a productive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Execute effective behaviour management strategies to support student development
 

Requirements of the Learning Support Assistant Role:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a relevant field from a top 20 UK university
  • Experience working with children, ideally those with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage behaviour effectively
 

Contract Type = Full time, term time only, until July 2025

Pay = £450-500 weekly
