Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support
Lead targeted interventions tailored to Speech and Language needs
Work with children with a range of SEN, with a focus on autism
Support students inside and outside of class to drive progress and development
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support

Essential Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 Speech and Language/Linguistics Degree from a leading UK university
Previous experience supporting children, particularly with Speech and Language needs
Strong communication and confident behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for working with SEND and supporting student progress
