Student Support Assistant duties include:

1:1 support for children with special educational needs (SEN).
Encouraging progress and attainment through targeted interventions.
Assisting non-verbal students in achieving their learning goals.
Helping students with personal care and daily tasks.
Working in partnership with the school’s SEN team to meet the unique needs of each student.

Essential Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 Psychology degree from a leading UK university.
Previous experience supporting SEN children is essential.
Confidence in working with SEN children and a passion for helping them thrive.

Contract Details:

Full-time, term-time only
Competitive pay: £90-£100 per day
