Join a leading importer and food distribution business as a Credit Controller. Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the sole Credit Controller for the company, managing all aspects of customer accounts.
- Issue accurate financial statements and set up new customer accounts after conducting appropriate background checks.
- Maintain control over customers that exceed their credit limits.
- Handle the monthly statement runs and allocate payments efficiently.
- Record communication history accurately on Sage One and address sales invoice queries.
- Process credit card payments and manage any related issues.
- Reconcile customer accounts and monitor their balances to ensure financial health and compliance.
- 1-2 years of experience in a credit control role.
- Proficient knowledge of Sage 50.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of handling sensitive financial discussions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy in financial matters.

- Structured working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
