IntroductionAre you ready to lead a vibrant nursery environment where your passion for early years education can truly shine? This role offers you the chance to be an integral part of a senior leadership team within an established independent school. You’ll have the opportunity to create a nurturing and stimulating setting for children aged 2 to pre-school, utilising fantastic indoor and outdoor facilities including a nature area, forest school, farm, swimming pool, and playing fields.
Key Responsibilities & Offerings-
Leadership & Management:
- Oversee daily operations and guide a dedicated team, including deputy managers, room leaders, and nursery practitioners.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the nursery’s strategic direction and contributing to the wider school development plan.

Creating a Nurturing Environment:
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning space that fosters the growth and development of every child.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to maintain a supportive community.

Innovative Early Years Provision:
- Drive the continual evolution of the nursery, introducing new ideas and practices to enhance the educational experience.
- Utilise state-of-the-art facilities to provide a well-rounded, enriching curriculum.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A Level 3 childcare qualification is essential.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a management role within an early years setting.
