  • Master the Calendar - Own the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel with precision.
  • Seamless Meeting Setup - Handle logistics from start to finish, whether it's finding the perfect venue, arranging catering, agendas and equipment or whatever is required
  • Optimise Every Minute - Consistently look for ways to improve time management and streamline bookings, appointments and meetings
  • Travel Arrangements - Organise travel like a pro, from flights and hotels to visas and currency, always getting the best deals and most efficient journeys from starting point to the destination points
  • Weekly Strategy Sessions - Conduct weekly calendar and meeting reviews to stay ahead on priorities and commitments.
  • Client Relations - Be the face of professionalism for clients, ensuring they're fully prepared and have everything they need
  • Special Projects & Ad-Hoc Tasks - Tackle a variety of unique tasks that keep things interesting and exciting.
