One of Southampton's premium employers is hiring an EA to support Board Directors.

The role is vacant so we require an almost immediate start.

The job is supporting an outstanding senior management team who are leading this £60m turnover company to amazing year on year growth.

This is a true EA role in that you will need to be the Directors' right hand person and will provide support with Events and Projects as well as day to day operations. You will be working alongside another EA so will have support and guidance when necessary.

The RoleThis is an amazing opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business. It is a really busy role as you will be responsible for providing day to day support to the board. You will be a true right hand support, aiming to be one step ahead and will be required to juggle a variety of tasks on a daily basis. You will need to possess a high level of tact and diplomacy.

Duties will include:

  • Complex Diary Management including travel scheduling
  • Arranging and co-ordinating meetings
  • Organising and running events
  • Taking notes and producing meeting minutes
  • Representing the Directors and responding to queries.
  • Managing the Directors inbox
  • Document Production
  • Recruitment Support

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a similar role. You will need to be discreet and professional in nature and have amazing communication skills. You will also need to have the ability to prioritise workloads, strong IT skills including Outlook and experience with complex travel arrangements. You will naturally be pro-active and self motivated and enjoy a true EA support role.
