A leading international organisation is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior/Assistant Manager to join their Southampton office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious portfolio of corporate tax clients, including PE-backed businesses, large multinationals, and notable local companies. You will be involved in complex advisory projects such as corporate tax structuring, transactions, international tax advisory, and more. Additionally, you will take ownership of process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate taxation with expertise in handling complex tax matters.
  • Proven experience in project and team management.
  • Successful track record in managing a substantial client portfolio and generating new business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Ideally you will be CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification with relevant post-qualification experience. However we will also consider candidate that are newly qualified.
