Are you a Maintenance Engineer with experience supervising a team of engineers, looking to join on the UK's largest food businesses, offering a varied role where you will be overseeing your own team whilst being provided ongoing training and generous company benefits?

In this role you will be managing a small team of Maintenance Engineers where your overall focus will surround continuous development of the team along with the factory floor. You will plan and execute internal engineering projects whilst overseeing the team through implementing and maintaining best practice.

The Role

  • Looking after a small team of Engineers
  • Planning and executing engineering projects
  • Focus on continuous development
  • 2 week rota, week 1 Monday - Friday 6am-3:30pm, Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am - 3:30pm (45 hour week)
