Description

The Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment and will be 100% office based in Rossendale. Reporting to the Management Accountant key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for End to End Purchase Ledger duties
  • Payment runs to suppliers
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Sales Ledger
  • Accruals/prepayments
  • Posting Journals
  • Fixed Asset Maintenance
  • Using Sage

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

  • Have end to end Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable experience as a minimum
  • Ideally have varied Accounts Assistant experience
  • Sage experience preferable but not essential
  • Be able to consider a temporary role initially
  • Be able to commute full time to Rossendale office location
