Working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, the role of Graduate Quality Engineer is to provide a data driven approach to root cause investigations and corrective actions utilising statistical process control, Excel and Minitab. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a Manufacturing role and excellent communication skills.
You will receive direct mentorship from the Operations Director who will help to train and develop you as a Quality Engineer! There will also be dedicated training on auditing to ISO standards.
Graduate Quality Engineer requirements:
- HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering (or similar)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Root cause analysis
- Statistical Process Control
- Training and progression
