A leading Engineering & Manufacturing business is seeking a Graduate Quality Engineer with strong analytical skills as they head into 2025.
The role involves providing a data-driven approach to root cause investigations in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
Candidates should have some experience in a Manufacturing role and a relevant qualification such as HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 and includes mentorship from the Operations Director along with dedicated training on ISO auditing standards.

As we head into 2025, this leading Engineering & Manufacturing business are seeking an excellent Graduate Quality Engineer with strong analytical skills.

Working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, the role of Graduate Quality Engineer is to provide a data driven approach to root cause investigations and corrective actions utilising statistical process control, Excel and Minitab. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a Manufacturing role and excellent communication skills.

You will receive direct mentorship from the Operations Director who will help to train and develop you as a Quality Engineer! There will also be dedicated training on auditing to ISO standards.

Graduate Quality Engineer requirements:

HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering (or similar)
Excellent Excel skills
Root cause analysis
Statistical Process Control
