Our client, a national motor retail company, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, positive and flexible Sales Administration/Customer Service Advisor to act as a valuable interface between a company and its client base.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include.
Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
Update clients on issues such as new products, promotional campaigns, or joint marketing programs.
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that clients receive excellent customer service.
Carry out analysis and produce client reports on an as and when required basis.
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments.
Manage customer issues by using an internal support desk system to ensure the issues are resolved in a fast and professional manner.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and updating the CRM database.
Previous experience of working in a client-focused environment and a background in motor retail would be an advantage. In addition, you will have the ability to work under pressure, possess a can-do attitude towards work and good interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner. With excellent IT skills, experience with a CRM system and/or Kerridge would be beneficial but not essential as full training can be given.
