About the role: 12 month maternity cover needed in the Rawtenstall area, this interim role will be ideal for a candidate with prior experience in a finance analyst role. The business has a family feel, a culture of growing from within and looking for a quality individual to join their team

Key responsibilities:

Budgeting and forecasting
Assisting in smooth month-end processes, posting payments and accruals
Analysis of large data sets
Conducted detailed variance analysis to explain deviation from budgeted and forecasted. Recommending plans for potential discrepancies
Building and maintaining relationships with internal budget holders and translating financial data

Ideal Candidate

AAT or ACCA part qualified
IT proficient and skilled with excel
