What You'll Be Doing:- Supervising and managing classrooms in the absence of the teacher
- Ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work
- Using your subject knowledge to support students across KS3 and KS4
- Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- A confident and enthusiastic graduate with strong subject knowledge
- Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, mentoring, running clubs or workshops)
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to working in schools
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure & professional references
