Position Overview: The primary goal of this role is to maintain, develop, and expand sales within the current customer portfolio while attracting new customers and achieving monthly targets.

* Previous experience in technical telesales (ideal, but not essential)

Responsibilities:
* Maintain healthy sales growth and meet monthly targets
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
* Regularly contact existing customers via phone and email
* Follow up on phone and online sales inquiries
* Maintain a healthy profit margin
* Ensure customer records in CRM are accurate and up to date
* Process sales orders and create new customer accounts
* Resolve customer queries or complaints, aiming for first-time resolution
* Provide administrative support to the customer service team when needed
* Ensure all quality assurance standards are maintained
* Assist with the collection of customer account balances when necessary
* Work towards and achieve set KPIs
