Our client, a global organisation, are looking for an Associate Director to join their M&A Tax team to undertake a senior level role.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

  • ACA/CTA or equivalent Qualification
  • Strong background within Advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A Issues
  • Prior M&A experience gained in a professional services firm
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A Issues managing a portfolio of high profile projects
  • Delivering on some of the largest buy-outs in Europe and working with the largest private equity houses and infrastructure funds
  • Due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions
  • Ad hoc project work
  • To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them
  • Own and manage key elements of a client relationship and proactively identify innovative solutions for your clients and pursue new business development opportunities
  • Manage teams and act as coach and role model to junior team members
