Job Specification:
The role expects you to be a key holder and covers all aspects of general site management including litter picking, planned and reactive building maintenance, maintenance of the external site including preparations for seasonal changes to the outside areas, porterage, security, reception and being a key link between clients. Occasional overtime may be required in order to deliver the services the client is contractually obliged to provide.
The successful candidate must be proactive in identifying maintenance tasks, logging jobs with the Helpdesk, completing minor repairs as required and request assistance when required. A keen eye for detail is also required to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills. The individual should be smart in appearance and have good organisational, administrative and communication skills.
Completed planned maintenance tasks such as fire alarm tests, emergency lighting test, water hygiene tests.
Key holding duties to include locking and unlocking the building.
Ensure all equipment is in good repair.
Carry out cleaning and litter picking duties as required.
Duties are not limited to the Above.
Qualifications:
Full UK driving licence essential
Excellent customer service
Experience of carrying out a similar role
Health and Safety experience
Manual Handling experience
Understanding of COSHH
