Sales Executive

£24,000 - £26,000 Basic salary

£5,000 - £17,000 OTE Year 1 – uncapped commission

Hours: 40 hours per week. Flexible between the hours of 08:00 – 18:00 OR happy to consider people who want less hours, but this will be paid pro rata

Office based in Rotherham

New business, sales experience is ideal to be considered for this role however, we will consider those with a good work ethic & attitude who are looking to get into a sales career.

You will be trained on how to sell our telecommunications and software services. We are looking for a confident addition to our team who would ideally be from a sales background and have the desire to learn a new industry.

Responsibilities

  • Implement agreed call campaigns to the prospect and customer segments as directed by your manager
  • Work proactively with marketing offering campaign ideas for call out and specific e-shot activity
  • Identify new business opportunities for yourself
  • Handle all inbound sales calls from customers who wish to discuss our products
  • Exceed sales billings targets
  • Create new pipeline through telephone-based activity
  • Achieve agreed KPI’s as directed by your manager
  • Update and cleanse the customer database with key marketing and competitor information as directed
  • Drive attendance to customer events programme and provide pre and post event follow up support

What we want from you:

  • Experience in an office-based role dealing with customers inbound / outbound
  • Good attitude & telephone manner
  • Ideally from a similar role such as Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Telesales, Business Development Executive, or any other new business orientated position. That said, we are happy to train those with good attitudes from other backgrounds.
