Client Success Manager – CSM – AI Solutions

About the Role
Morela is proud to support our AI Start-up client looking for a Client Success Manager, you will work directly with some of the startup's largest and most strategic clients, driving the adoption and value of AI technologies. The role centres on understanding each client's unique needs, delivering an exceptional user experience, and facilitating the success of AI deployment. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Engineering teams to ensure that client goals align with AI capabilities.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned client success professional with experience managing large or growing client portfolios. You’re adept at offering strategic advice and supporting clients as they navigate the opportunities and challenges of adopting AI. You understand the client's business drivers and goals, and your cross-functional team leadership will help them stand out in their market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multiple organisations to deliver AI products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client success plans with clear goals, milestones, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Design initiatives that elevate the client experience, ensure product satisfaction, and drive success metrics.
  • Maintain close relationships with Product teams to advocate for clients pushing product boundaries.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships teams to execute third-party strategies.
  • Act as an AI thought leader, bringing industry insights and expertise to the client’s digital journey.
  • Facilitate client feedback sessions and convey valuable insights for product improvements.
  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure smooth transitions and handoffs between pre- and post-sales engagements.
  • Proactively address renewal risks and anticipate user churn, coordinating solutions with internal teams.
  • Encourage client advocacy through case studies and testimonials.

  • Have managed relationships with large or complex organizations, working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excel at building deep, cross-functional relationships within client organizations.
