We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team, specialising in hiring top talent across Social Care, Construction, and Education sectors. This is a fantastic role for an experienced recruiter who enjoys variety and is motivated by the opportunity to impact multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for each sector (Social Care, Construction, and Education) to attract the best candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments, ensuring a clear understanding of staffing needs.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates qualifications and suitability for roles, and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Create and maintain talent pools for each sector to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely feedback and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with HR and department heads to improve recruitment & On-boarding processes and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a track record of recruiting across different sectors (Social Care, Construction, Education preferred).
- Strong understanding of the unique recruitment challenges and opportunities within these industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies across different industries simultaneously.
- A creative and strategic approach to sourcing and attracting talent.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
