Rotherham | Full-time, Office-Based Role

As the PA to the Group MD, you'll take responsibility for managing a range of daily tasks and organisational duties for a senior leader who works at an incredible pace. This role requires a resilient attitude, emotional intelligence, and the ability to make sound judgments in various situations. You'll be managing multiple priorities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with various projects and events.

What we're looking for:
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar PA or Executive Assistant role.
* Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities, communication skills (both verbal and written), and attention to detail. A creative mindset would be an asset!
* Character: A resilient, flexible, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
* Teamwork: A strong team player who can collaborate seamlessly with other PAs to the Directorship.
* Adaptability: You will need to be adaptable to new technologies and trends and be resilient in overcoming challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
* Diary and calendar management for the Group MD.
* Report preparation, creating agendas and presentations.
* Arranging complex travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and visas.
* Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
* Providing personal support and assisting with event planning.
* Handling additional projects and tasks as needed.
