Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Provide expert advice and guidance on complex tax matters
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Take ownership of tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities for tax savings
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of junior tax professionals, supporting their development and growth
Requirements:
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent, with previous experience working within accountancy practise
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A proactive and commercially minded mindset, always seeking opportunities for improvement
