About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor on behalf of a well-established secondary school in Rotherham. This full-time position is set to begin in September 2024. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the school, ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality education in the absence of their regular teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, managing behavior, and ensuring students remain focused on their work.
Delivering pre-set lesson plans and managing classroom activities.
Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring that the school's policies are upheld.
Liaising with other staff members to ensure continuity and consistency in student learning.
