Responsibilities include:The successful candidate will be required to maintain reporting of daily, weekly and monthly OTIF customer satisfaction, and identification of any shortfalls and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with cost control and improvement from the perspective of headcount and associated budgetary responsibility for the teams under your remit. Having overall leadership of the operations side of the buisoness will also include maintaining the current high standards of Health and Safety in the warehouse and identifying any opportunities for improvement.The fulfilment side of the buisness is responsibe for monitoring and reporting on pick accuracy percentage on daily, weekly, monthly targets and provision of relevant narrative around any anomalies or SLA failures. This will be done by liaising with the commercial department to provide a weekly report to support forecasting budgets, while also being required to create a plan and schedule for stock take processes within the warehouse, and develop any appropriate SOPs and best practice. The role will also be a Wellbeing Champion, diving  positive attitudes and making people feel supported and heard.The ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in a similar role leading an operational warehousing and distribution/ fulfilment operation.
