The SAP Assessor role will involve:
- Supporting the team in producing SAP calculations and providing EPCs.
- Conducting Part O Overheating Assessments.
- Reporting and liaising with clients.
- Providing advice on reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
- Delivering data analysis to support energy performance improvements.
- Mentoring junior team members as required.
To be considered for the SAP Assessor role, you must be:
- A qualified SAP Assessor (OCDEA certified), with experience in the industry.
- Demonstrable experience with Part O compliance and be proficient .
- Competence in thermal modelling.
- Have a full right to work in the UK.
