AbouttheRole

WeareseekinganexperiencedTechnicalDeliveryOutcomesManagertosupporttherolloutofacentralisedidentityandaccessmanagementsystemforlawenforcementagenciesandnationalapplications.Thisisapivotalroleinensuringthesuccessfulonboardingofagenciesandapplications,coordinatingtechnicalengagements,andmanagingchangeprocesseswithinahigh-prioritynationalprogramme.

KeyResponsibilities

  • StakeholderEngagement:
  • ActasaliaisonbetweenlawenforcementagenciesandtheNationalIdentityandAccessManagement(NIAM)programme.
  • Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithpolicingorganisations,Forces,andLawEnforcementAgencies(LEAs).
  • Identifyandengagekeycontactstounderstandtheirtechnicallandscapes.

ProjectDelivery:

  • Supporttheonboardingof~180organisationstoNIAM,including~100DF(DirectFederation)and~80MIDP(ManagedIdentityProvider)entities.
  • Workcollaborativelywithothermanagersandtechnicalteamstoresolvetechnicalchallengesandtrackoutcomes.
  • Contributetothedevelopmentofrepeatableonboardingpatternsfornationalapplications.

ChangeManagement:

  • Conductchangeimpactassessmentsandimplementsupportingguidanceandcommunication.
  • Updatetechnicaldocumentation,briefingpacks,anddeploymentplans.
  • Proactivelymanagerisks,escalatingissuesasnecessary.

ManagementInformation(MI):

  • MaintaintrackersforaccurateMIreporting.
  • Capturediscoveryinformationabouttechnicallandscapesandonboardprogress.

KeySkillsandExperience

  • Recentexperienceandunderstandingoflawenforcementstakeholdersandtheirtechnicalsystems.
  • Provenabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesacrossteamsandensuretimelydeliveryofoutcomes.
  • Experienceinstakeholderrelationshipmanagementandengagementatseniorlevels.
  • Strongtechnicalknowledgeandtheabilitytotranslatetechnicalconceptsfornon-technicalstakeholders.
