About the Role:
My client, a leading company in simulation technology, are seeking a Technical Lead. This role involves overseeing technical development, leading a team, and ensuring the reliability of our simulation platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development and strategy of the HEAT product.
- Provide guidance on technical solutions and improvements.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and frontend applications.
- Optimize databases and develop robust APIs.
- Foster a DevOps culture with continuous integration and automation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for new technologies.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or senior developer in full stack/backend roles.
- Proficiency in Python, React, and API development.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with distributed solutions, data-intensive applications, and container orchestration.
- Background in related industries like gaming or simulation.
