HR Advisor - Standalone Role - Manufacturing Company - Rotherham

Adept Resourcing are seeking an HR Advisor to take on a dynamic and exciting standalone role, based at our clients Rotherham site.

About the Role:

As HR Advisor, you will be pivotal in shaping the employee experience across the business, working closely with the senior leadership team to manage and drive HR functions. This diverse role offers you the chance to take full ownership of HR responsibilities, ranging from day-to-day HR administration to strategic support. Your duties will include:

  • Onboarding new starters and managing recruitment alongside line managers
  • Providing HR administration support and ensuring smooth HR operations
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Working on change management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Supporting employee development, training, and performance
  • Collaborating with leadership on the strategic direction of people functions
  • Liaising with other global sites to ensure best practices and alignment across the company



This role offers the chance to grow and evolve as an HR professional. Our client will support you in completing your CIPD Level 5 qualification if you don't have it already, providing the development you need to succeed.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in HR, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
  • A solid understanding of HR best practices and processes
  • Experience or interest in supporting both operational and strategic HR functions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine interest in people development
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or be willing to work towards it)
