As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will:
- Support the Bridging Specialist in achieving business targets and maintaining a pipeline of business.
- Manage and package cases from sale to completion.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
- Maintain excellent client management to maximise business opportunities.
- Build strong networking relationships within the company.
- Update case notes and liaise with clients and third parties as needed.
- Continuously review applications to ensure service standards are met.
- Enhance personal skills through training and development.
The Mortgage Case Manager role includes:
- Annual salary of £25,000 - £27,000 plus bonus.
- 22 days holiday, increasing with service, plus bank holidays.
