• Coordinating trades and ensuring top-notch quality control.

• Maintaining health & safety standards across the project.

• Liaising with stakeholders, from subcontractors to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise residential projects.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

• A proactive approach with excellent communication abilities.
