Key Responsibilities:
- EHCP Management: Oversee the development and implementation of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people
- Assessment Coordination: Collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to assess and review individual needs
- Case Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates for each case
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all EHCPs are in compliance with legal and statutory requirements
