About the Role: As a Lower Key Stage 2 (LKS2) Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in Years 3 and 4. You will work closely with a supportive team of educators to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping each child to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching LKS2 students.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
