Hours: Full time - 37 hours
Pay: £350.00 per day umbrella
We are seeking a Surveyor to join our team, primarily focusing on valuation work. This role offers a variety of responsibilities and the chance to make a meaningful impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Valuations for Right to Buy housing purposes
- Potential involvement in asset valuations for financial purposes
- Transitioning into a generic estates surveyor workload once backlog valuations are comple
What we are looking for:
- Local government experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Ability to commit to office/site attendance at least 3 days per week
- No requirement for Registered Valuer status, as a Registered Valuer will sign off the work
