People Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our client's team in Rotherham.
Our client is a specialist in the plastic injection moulding industry.
This role is crucial in ensuring that the production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Tool Setter, you will work closely with various materials and tools, contributing to the overall success of the operation.

Day to day duties
- To set injection moulding tools in various machines and achieve high-quality parts at the optimum cycle time
- Fault finding and rectifying injection moulding processing problems in a timely manner to maintain quality and minimise scrap levels
- Changing and replenishing raw materials, refilling hopper loaders
- Troubleshooting issues encountered during a production run to maintain the production of good high-quality parts
- Ensure production outputs are achieved on time and in full
- Checking quality standards are always achieved by checking the product for defects during the machine start up and making relevant process changes
Essential Skills

- Solid experience of injection moulding setting
- Knowledge of materials processing and processing temperatures
