About the Role:
This position offers a varied workload, covering both professional and project-based services, including:
- Pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence
- Dilapidations and lease advisory
- Contract administration and project management
- Schedules of condition and building pathology
- Defect analysis and maintenance planning
- You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction while developing your expertise in commercial property consultancy.
About you:
We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor who is:
- MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience in commercial property
- Highly skilled in both professional and project services
- A strong communicator, confident in delivering advice to clients
